DIRECTIONS:
1. Gently insert the nozzle just inside the nostril.
2. Tilt the nozzle slightly outward, away from the nasal septum (the centre of the nose).
3. Press the spray once while gently inhaling.
4. Repeat for the other nostril if needed.
CONTRAINDICATIONS AND PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use in case of allergic reaction to any of the ingredients of the product. Do not use after surgery or nose injury, wait until the wound has completely healed, consult a doctor.
