DIRECTIONS:
1. Soak pack in cold water for 1-2 minutes or hold and turn
vigorously under running tap water for 30-40 seconds.
2. Squeeze out any excess water and pat dry with a towel.
3. Insert items to be cooled and place pouch back inside wallet.
4. Repeat every 3 to 5 days to reactivate.

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND PRECAUTIONS:
If not using the pouch, remove the pockets and allow to air dry.
